- <p> DIED. LYNNE FREDERICK, 39, British actress and widow of screen
- comedian Peter Sellers; of undisclosed causes; in Los Angeles.
- Frederick, who also married and divorced interviewer David Frost
- after Sellers died in 1980, starred with Sellers in the 1979
- remake of The Prisoner of Zenda. In 1985 she won a nearly $1.5
- million judgment in London against the makers of the unauthorized
- Trail of the Pink Panther, a 1982 film cobbled together after
- Sellers' death from outtakes from earlier Panther movies. She
- claimed that Trail insulted the actor's memory. A partial account
- of Frederick's legacy: Vampire Circus (1971), Henry VIII and
- His Six Wives (1972), Schizo (1976) and Voyage of the Damned
- (1976).
